Once we have found the right section for you, we put it on ‘hold’ allowing us the time to design your new home without the worry of losing the land

House Designed

Next up is the design process; we bring everyone together to get the best result for you. We take the time to understand how the house needs to work for your family and lifestyle, getting the correct specifications, lay-out and room configuration right.

Plans are finalised, contact is approved by lawyers and signed by you and the builder, and the deposit is paid.  We work closely alongside you during this step, making sure you have everything you need to save you time, energy and stress.

The Fun Stuff

From here, it is all about enjoying the new build experience; you are introduced to the colour consultant, who is your guide through the interior design choices such as colours, flooring, tiles, fixtures and fittings.
